I have a very strange love of cake stands. There. I said it.
Sadly, the practical side of me says, you only need one. One? I only get one? Are you serious? But mine doesn't even have a cover! How can I live without a covered cake stand?
Okay, you can have two. Thankfully, my mom doesn't have the same problem and has donated her covered cake plate to help fight my craving.

Yeah, it's probably for the best that I don't have five cake stands. But I do still love to look at them.

I'm currently melting....love those cake stands. What is it about them that makes us so happy? I have a fairly boring cake stand made of glass, but it has a lid. The cool thing is you can turn the lid over and it's a punch bowl! Wish I had more occasion to use it....
i LOVE cake stands. my grandmother had a beautiful collection but they were all sold when she died :( these are great choices, good job!
